Proof Cocktails is one bartender, not an agency. When you book the night, the person who answers the email is the person who carries in the shakers.

The idea is simple: a good party turns on whether the host gets to be at it. Jake takes the bar - the menu, the shopping list, the pouring, the glassware, the cleanup at the end of the night - and gives the host back their own evening.

The menu is written for your crowd, not picked off a card: the classics done properly, a signature or two for the occasion, and something proper for the guests who are not drinking. You buy the spirits you like; Jake brings everything else and the hands to use it.
