Every package is one bartender - Jake - and the difference is how much of the bar he brings. Each one is quoted for your date, your crowd, and your room; nothing here is a price list because no two nights are the same size.
The Pour
Jake arrives with the tools and the hands. Your bar, your spirits, your glassware; he writes a short menu around what you already have and pours it properly all night. The package for the host who has the bar and wants the evening back.

The Service
The Pour, plus the bar itself: a styled service station with mixers, syrups, garnishes, and ice planned to the last hour. You buy the bottles you like; everything between the bottles and the glass is Jake’s to bring, set, and strike.

The Proof
The Service, plus the design work: a signature cocktail built for the occasion, a tasting ahead of the date to settle the menu, zero-proof drinks that are drinks, and a second set of hands when the room is full. The package for the night that has to be talked about afterward.
